He knew the neighborhood, knew the market, and always made sure I understood what I was agreeing to before moving forward. Honestly the whole move went smoother than I had any right to expect, and a big part of that was Lee anticipating things before they became problems. He was easy to reach, easy to talk to, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. If you're buying new construction, he's the person you want in your corner.
